Data we process

When you use the contact form, we process your name, company, e-mail address, phone number, preferred language and message. The server may also process technical logs such as IP address, date, time and browser information.

Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to answer enquiries, arrange meetings, discuss potential services, protect the website and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis may be pre-contractual steps, our legitimate interests and, where required, consent.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to handle the request and any subsequent cooperation, taking statutory retention periods into account.

Recipients

Data may be processed by hosting and e-mail providers and other processors acting on our instructions. Legal services are provided separately by OKW Legal.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact marcin.pospiech@okwaccounting.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority UODO.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. Please do not send highly sensitive documents through the public contact form; use a secure channel agreed in advance.
